All week I have been talking about the nervous system, burnout and feeling stuck in survival mode - I started there because we are all overworked and overstressed right now and truth is stress management is a great place to start when you are trying to live more health consciously.

This is also one of the first areas I added something to my regimen to help support stress management and your Adrenal Glands. 

The Adrenal Gland is responsible for making the steroid hormones, adrenaline, and noradrenaline. These hormones help control heart rate, blood pressure, and other important body functions.

You can understand in an overstressed body, why supporting this function would be important.

When the body is overstressed and the nervous system and adrenal glands never get to “come down” we lose the ability to manage stress effectively.

Out body thinks every new things we encounter, think or feel, is just more stress.

- Adrenal Fatigue, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and Gut and Colon Conditions, etc

Having a nervous system that is always “on” affects your WHOLE HEALTH.
