As we welcome the early days of spring, I sit and wonder how you are and what weighs heavy on your heart. We just made it through the dead of winter and revival, rebirth and renewal are upon us. This is the time of year for renewing the spirit after all those dark, cold days. it can be difficult to start to unwrap ourselves from our little winter cocoons. Snuggly and warm, the idea of "doing" again can be daunting. I totally feel you - but am also a little excited too! 

Just as the snow melts and the bright blooms of Spring arrive, it is time to let go of some of that heaviness of winter and lean into the lightness of Spring.

What to expect on the blog. The days are going by in a blur, it can be hard to keep up. With ourselves, let alone each other. Add in all the stresses and to dos on top of trying to take care of all the things. It's a lot.

Do you struggle to find balance and meaning in your daily routine? Are you tired of feeling overstressed and unhealthy? If so, you're not alone. Many in the community face the same challenges, and we understand how difficult it can be to navigate the complexities of modern life.
